Last week, ILCBA Past President, Julie Beyers, and her partner, Faiq Mihlar, attended the State Creditor’s Bar Association Meeting at the National Creditors Bar Association Conference. The SCBA meeting was an insightful discussion among state creditor’s bar association leaders as to #legislativetrends and emerging issues in their respective states.

Joe is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of Illinois Law School. He has practiced in state and federal courts in Illinois for many years. Joe also has an M.A. in #clinicalpsychology from DePaul University. He interned at the Institute for Juvenile Research and did post graduate study in the Family Systems Program at UIC. ??
