We are grateful to present at the 36th Annual Rural Community and Economic Development Conference, highlighting the critical role of broadband in economic growth. Every resident should have the connectivity they need to thrive.
This week we were thrilled to support the Illinois Institute for Rural Affairs, and economic development around the state, by sharing ideas at the 36th Annual Rural Community and Economic Development Conference in Springfield. The IIN presence (pictured) included IIN vice chair Chris Merrett as moderator, Ex officio IIN council member Lt. Governor Juliana Stratton as a keynote speaker, and Illinois Broadband Lab’s Shubhika Agarwal and Illinois Office of Broadband’s Hillary Rains presenting on how broadband can help spur economic development in rural areas.
