ILB just completed the CSUDH SCE Chiller yard Portion on the project with C.W. Driver. This project involves providing (21) 30-Ton heat pumps into 3 skids at the existing Central Plant Building. Also included is furnishing and installing a new 1500KW 12KV-480/277V transformer, 2500A 480V 3PH Switchboard, installing medium voltage and low voltage feeders, site lighting, and relocating existing feeders in conflict with the new skid location.??

CSUDH Student Health, Wellness, & Recreation Center - This 3-story 83,000 square foot project consists of two standard sized multi-activity courts, an elevated jogging track, a fitness center, multi-purpose rooms, and a Health and Wellness Center inclusive of areas for consultation, relaxation, education, and training. The C.W. Driver Co. 5th Annual Charity Golf and Cornhole Tournament was a huge success. ILB Electric is proud to have been a sponsor and help contribute to the City of Hope and its fight against Cancer. A BIG thanks to C.W. Driver Companies for putting together such a great event.?

ILB Electric installed new custom switchgear at Miraleste Intermediate School in Rancho Palos Verdes.?This was a result of an emergency call out for a 3000A switchboard that caught fire this past February. ILB acted fast and brought out a 2-Megawatt generator to get the school reenergized while a new “like for like” switchboard was built.?This past weekend, ILB Electric removed the existing damaged gear and set the new switchgear.?In working with OneSource Distributors, ILB Electric was able to have this new switchboard built in less than four months after receiving approvals from the District.

That’s a wrap! ILB Electric had a great time participating in the 13th Annual ACE Mentor Los Angeles/Orange County this past Friday. It was a pleasure to be a sponsor and help raise money for ACE which is a free program open to any high school student wanting to learn about career paths in design and construction.?
