What we are doing v. What we are actually doing is a realisation that takes time to come. It is often the distance between realising that your actual battle all along has not been with the Dunning–Kruger Effect but rather the Imposter Syndrome. When it does happen but, you find your conviction and your purpose. The road is often not easy, but once you have crossed it, it dawns on you about what you were born to do and what are you the vehicle for. It is at that moment that,you stop being a "salesperson" and start your journey as a "solution provider". The question but keeps to be repeated in a loop - asking yourself again and again about your purpose / doing. It is the best cleansing mantra my Guru handed over to me.
