Leadership & Mental Well-being Workshop for Students The recent workshop aimed to empower students with the essential skills, knowledge, and support to maintain their mental health and well-being while practicing effective leadership in their clubs and associations. Combining psychology-based education on mental health with interactive activities, the session successfully enhanced leadership skills, promoted self-care, and strengthened group dynamics. Students gained valuable insights into managing stress and prioritizing their mental well-being, all while developing leadership qualities that can be applied in everyday life, especially within their roles as leaders of various clubs and organizations.
