LGBTQ+ Special Interest Group (SIG) is hosting a roundtable discussion for queer attendees of GDC who are involved in the games industry. In our session, you will take part in a series of discussion blocks centered around contemporary topics in the gaming industry as they relate to queer gaming communities. This is an opportunity for you to share your perspectives, create community connections with others, and to contribute to the development of queer-centered initiatives. ?? Come join us!

To all of our members, Happy Black History Month (US) and LGBTQ+ History Month (UK)! As a SIG, we exist to support all of our members and will always look to do so from as inclusive, dare I say ‘DEI,’ lens as we can. The theme for LGBTQ+ History Month this year is ‘Activism and Social Change’, apt for the current national and international climates we are all experiencing. Empathy and care are both incredibly radical acts of protest. While I have no doubt that all of us here are fully capable of extending these to others, please don’t forget to extend such acts to yourself this month. This Black History and LGBTQ+ History Month, as always, the SIG and its community stand behind you in queer solidarity ????? ?????
