??♂?????♀?#TeamIEHP walked together with those impacted by suicide on Saturday during the annual Out of the Darkness Community Walk in support of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Saturday's walk marked IEHP’s fourth year as a host site for the event, which looks to build community among those impacted by suicide and shine a light on mental health resources available 24/7, including the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. As your “health plan with a heart,” we will always walk in solidarity with those affected by suicide and look forward to hosting additional community events on campus throughout the year and beyond. Mental health resources are available at our website at iehp.org. If you are in a crisis and need immediate assistance, please call the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988 or send a text to 741-741. #OutoftheDarkness #SuicidePrevention #CommunitySupport

We feel even more inspired and motivated to continuing building pathways to optimal health after being named to Great Place To Work? and Fortune magazine’s 2024 Best Workplaces For Women? list. It is the first year IEHP has been named with this prestigious recognition, joining the list of companies across the country such as Intuit, Inc., and Edward Jones. “We do not take these honors lightly and remain committed to maintaining an enriching environment for all who walk through these doors,” said Supriya Sood, our chief people officer. Inland Empire Health Plan was proud to serve as the host site for the 2024 Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Saturday. Hundreds arrived at our Rancho Cucamonga headquarters decked out in purple to raise awareness in support of the Alzheimer's Association? and its mission. Each year, the walk brings in thousands of dollars to support the nonprofit’s care, support and research efforts. The Alzheimer’s Association estimates nearly seven million Americans are living with the disease, which kills more people than breast cancer and prostate cancer combined.
