I&E Construction FL had the wonderful opportunity to sponsor two engaging Community Associations Institute golfing events, showcasing our commitment to supporting community association managers. The first event, hosted by our Central Florida chapter, was a remarkable gathering that successfully raised $5,000 for The Mustard Seed, an organization dedicated to helping those in need. Meanwhile, our Northeast chapter in Jacksonville held its First Annual Golf Tournament, a milestone we were excited to support. This event was not only a chance to enjoy a day out on the course, but it also fostered a spirit of friendship and camaraderie among all attendees. Pendleton, Oregon, is a thriving community that embraces growth and progress. I&E is excited to make a positive impact by developing the Westgate Apartment Homes, a multifamily project consisting of 204 units throughout seventeen three-story buildings, a clubhouse, a pool, and a basketball court. We are thrilled to enrich the Pendleton community by providing contemporary and affordable housing options, and we are committed to contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the area.

We are pleased to announce the completion of Windward Condominiums in Gearhart, Oregon. The project involved extensive rot repairs and the replacement of windows, sliding doors, soffits, deck surfaces, and balcony and elevated platform waterproofing. Stop by our both at the Multifamily NW Spectrum Trade Show today at the Oregon Convention Center. For every “hand” I&E Construction will donate $1 to Project Lemonade to help support foster youth with back-to-school needs. Come out & support a great cause.

Our restoration team has been hard at work transforming Beach Home Condominiums in Newport, OR. We're removing and replacing siding, windows, doors, roofing, decking, walkways, and more across 10 buildings and 17 garages. We look forward to sharing the end result of this project.
