Congrats to our October Employee of the Month, Dion Smith! Dion was a Detailer at our HAE location for many years. I’ve never met anybody that worked as hard as him. He’s only been gone for a couple of weeks and I’m feeling it, already. His production was constantly 120%+ and he was happy to do any task asked of him. His attitude is always great and he is a pleasure to talk to. Everyone at the dealership always told me how much they appreciated having him here. I wish you the very best, Dion. Congrats to our August Employee of the Month, Aaron Murphy! Aaron was Gilchrist Chevrolet’s detail manager when Iden’s took over in 2023. Being new to Iden’s, Aaron had to start from the beginning to learn Iden’s processes and procedures. He worked hard fine tuning his detail craft and earned the Assistant Manager position earlier this year. Aaron took every opportunity he could to learn and grow in that role and showed great ownership of the position. When the Location Manager was out in August, Aaron put in a ton of extra hours and days to keep the shop afloat and the dealership happy, and definitely earned Employee of the Month. Through his hard work and dedication to the shop, Aaron also earned himself a Location Manager promotion when the position became available. We are proud of you Aaron and look forward to watching you grow into an awesome Location Manager!

The 1st Annual Iden's Employee Appreciation BBQ & Car Show was a hit! We had a lot of fun celebrating all our great people. Thank you all for everything you do to make this all work! Congrats to our July Employee of the Month, Cameron Pursley! Cameron has been with us for almost a year now and has been a fast learning and hardworking employee for us his entire time with the company so far. He’s always polite, professional, reliable and takes pride in what he does here for us. Recently we had an opening for an Assistant at our HAE location and Cameron jumped at the opportunity and is now training in that position.
