It’s tough to believe this was just a few short weeks ago! We’re excited spring is coming and are working hard to do our part and help our dealership partners fill their lots with some of the best inventory in the PNW.

Congrats to our January Employee of the Month, Jun Andres! Jun has been with Iden’s for about 4 years.? He quickly learned the Iden's process and procedure, becoming a master detailer in a short period.? When the opportunity came up for Detail Trainer, Jun stepped up and put his name in the hat, along with great recommendations from Joe and Bryle.? Right off the bat, Jun made progress training and retraining detailers all over the Central Division.? Jun is able to identify areas of improvement for new or struggling detailers and explain in a way that they are able to understand.? Beyond his excellent work ethic and training abilities, Jun is just a great guy.? Awesome attitude, respectful, always smiling, and shows up to work early and ready to go.? We were honored to have WA State Trooper Ray Seaburg as our guest in our managers meeting! He served in the military before joining State Patrol, and then in the line of duty was shot multiple times one year ago this week, and lived to tell about it!! Very inspiring speaker for our leadership team.

Even through the snowy week, we’ve been busy doing what we do best and delivering for our dealership customers!

Congrats to our December Employee of the Month, Brandon Gestring! Brandon has worked at Iden’s for a little more than 4 years and has been a great addition to the team.? He shows up early every day, handles almost all of the customer details, and has done most of the training here over the last few years.? He consistently has great production, a good work ethic and a positive can-do attitude.? Above and beyond, is his willingness to help out others, clean the shop, or give a hand with anything we ask.? He’s always been a great role model for the rest of the crew and has a bright future here.? The team, Jeff and I appreciate everything he does to help keep the HAP location afloat! Thank you to all our employees, customers, friends & family that donated to our annual food drive! We ended up with a good amount of food and some cash donations to help NW Harvest and our communities.
