Working from Home
During the ongoing pandemic, our onsite workforce was reduced to those essential workers in the labs. That meant that sometimes our employees got a little lonely, but we always found a solution to our challenges. Now we have a flexible working policy that allows partial work-from-home options, depending on an employee's role within the company.
Gathering Together
We believe it's important for teams to have fun in a casual setting, like at our overnight company offsite at Asilomar Hotel & Conference Grounds in 2023.
Giving Back
Showing our support for the patient population most impacted by our research is a key part of our passion at IDEAYA. Here we are giving back as a local sponsor with Miles for Melanoma at the San Francisco Zoo in 2023.
