Breaking News: ASX signs OTP Agreement with United States Air Force AFWERX Jon Rimanelli announced the news @CES Air Mobility Breakfast with Michigan Lt. Gov. Garlin Gilchrist II and Michigan Economic Development Corporation CEO Quentin Messer, Jr. CEcD, Chief Mobility Officer Justine Johnson, Janine Ward, and Silicon Foundry's Eli Promisel (Thank you!) The Other Transaction Prototype (OTP) Agreement provides ASX with direct financial and in-kind support for ground and flight testing of the Sigma-6 eVTOL. We are honored to have been selected to join the Agility Prime portfolio of companies. More details to follow in an official press release. This is a significant milestone for ASX as it provides us with access to United States Air Force tools and resources to accelerate our path to certification.
