As we reflect on 2024, we’re proud to look back at another successful year. -- Newsweek recognized us as one of the Global Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces?. --We welcomed electrical influencers and Champions Club members to our first-ever Sneak Peek Event in Chicago and Sycamore, Illinois. -- IDEAL Electrical released innovative new products in our wire connection, circuit tracing, datacom, fishing, and bending categories. -- Enatel expanded to provide efficient EcoCharge Industrial Battery Chargers battery charging solutions to the African market. -- Anderson Power hosted two informative webinars to demystify battery power and discuss the demands of AI. --We dedicated many hours to volunteering around the world, and celebrated 100 years at our Sycamore, Illinois headquarters with the opening of The Connector walking path. This week, our employees gathered to celebrate Holiday Week, a time to celebrate the holiday season and give back. See how they got in the holiday spirit: Our IDEAL Electrical—UK employees hosted a jumper day and raised over ￡100 for Save The Children UK and Worldwide. IDEAL then matched the funds, bringing the total to over ￡200. IDEAL Electrical - US employees adopted 28 "ornaments" with gift wishes from individuals experiencing homelessness. The IDEAL Foundation matched the financial gift to Hope Haven, bringing the total to $3,000 for those in need. The IDEAL Electrical - Canada employees organized a 50/50 holiday raffle to support the Santa’s Wish List Program. This initiative aimed to fulfill the wish list of a 6-year-old girl from Durham Region, Ontario. The team collected enough funds to meet all of her wishes and made a generous donation to the local food bank. To close out the year, our IDEAL Electrical and Anderson Power teams gathered for luncheons and an ugly sweater party. Thank you for all of your hard work and generosity.
