Introducing Karen Bahr, our dedicated Customer Sales Specialist and Tile Trailer Manager since 1987, when IDEAL manufactured livestock feeding equipment and manure spreaders. Karen plays a pivotal role in managing the tile trailer line, from quoting projects to purchasing materials and ensuring customer satisfaction. ??? Karen thrives on the variety of roles she handles and cherishes working alongside IDEAL's dedicated employees. Outside of work, she finds joy in family life with her husband, three daughters, and eight grandchildren. Her hobbies include horses, puzzles, and the peaceful rhythms of farm life—tending soybean and corn crops and keeping lots of grass neatly mowed. ??
