Ideal Home Care services was founded with families and their loved ones in mind. Our passion is to help seniors maintain their independence in the comfort of their own home by providing the best quality care when they need it the most. Our services include: assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to doctor's appointments, errands, medication reminders, blood pressure and medication management. Our caregivers are trained to work with people who have Alzheimer's and dementia. They are available 24/7. We service Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan. Ideal Home Care is owned and operated by Registered Nurses.
