Help us congratulate Casey Vanhoose, Operator, on earning the title of Ideal Contracting Safety Champion of the Month? in November! As a crane operator, Casey works jointly with our ironworkers to support steel and precast erection on our projects. His forward-thinking actions and dedication to the safety of himself and his team members have been on display on numerous occasions. Our Safety Champions are nominated by their peers, making this program an excellent reminder that safety is a collaborative effort from everyone and that your safe actions have a wide impact. The next edition of “Pillars of Ideal” highlights the Women of Ideal, a group created to empower and support the incredible women within our organization and the construction industry. According to the U.S. Department of Commerce, women comprise only 11% of our industry. The Women of Ideal are actively trying to change this statistic by building awareness around the opportunities for women in construction and bridging each other’s careers and personal lives.
