The next edition of “Pillars of Ideal” highlights the Women of Ideal, a group created to empower and support the incredible women within our organization and the construction industry. According to the U.S. Department of Commerce, women comprise only 11% of our industry. The Women of Ideal are actively trying to change this statistic by building awareness around the opportunities for women in construction and bridging each other’s careers and personal lives.
