IDEA?: The Law Review of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property, formerly IDEA: Intellectual Property Law Review (ISSN 0019-1272) is published three times a year by the students of the University of New Hampshire School of Law. To date, IDEA has published sixty-one volumes. For sixty-one years, IDEA has provided practical articles relating to patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, unfair competition, general intellectual property, and law and technology issues from around the world. The law review's mission is to be recognized worldwide as the premier intellectual property publication providing practical articles which address new, controversial, and potential developments in intellectual property and related fields.

This year, we sought thought-provoking and publishable papers addressing critical issues in intellectual property law. Congratulations to our first place winner, Elizabeth Banegas of Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology for "SCHEDULE ‘A’ CASES: NOT SAD AT ALL,” and our second place winner, Alan Schiess of Cleveland State University College of Law for "To Stay or Not to Stay: A Unified Approach for a Motion to Stay Under the Prevail Act."
