IDEA: The Law Review of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property is thrilled to announce the winners of our Annual IDEA External Student Intellectual Property Writing Competition. This year, we sought thought-provoking and publishable papers addressing critical issues in intellectual property law. Congratulations to our first place winner, Elizabeth Banegas of Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology for "SCHEDULE ‘A’ CASES: NOT SAD AT ALL,” and our second place winner, Alan Schiess of Cleveland State University College of Law for "To Stay or Not to Stay: A Unified Approach for a Motion to Stay Under the Prevail Act."
