We're back from our company retreat ready to put into action what we learned about engagement. Understanding how we can use our strengths to manage the engagement cycle of ourselves and peers will make us better communicators and marketers! We enjoyed getting to know our coworkers better through storytelling, competitive activities and team collaboration. Thanks to Team Concepts LLC of Kearney for helping make our day fun!

Teaming up with Fantasy Drone Shows, IdeaBank crafted a breathtaking 15-minute drone and fireworks spectacular that left everyone in awe. ?? These two are my business partners. Each quarter, we schedule a visioning meeting to gauge our successes (and failures) and plan for the future.
