Yesterday we got to spend time with our cohort of systems leaders as we focused on strategic planning. It is even more important for strategy to be aligned to your mission so the community can support you when things get tough, like right now. There are a lot of our nonprofit friends that are struggling. Please reach out and let them know you appreciate them and the services they provide. And, help promote approaches to government waste that are human-centered. The direct effects (pulled funding) and the ripples it is causing (fear, turmoil, anxiety at the family level) are real and painful for many nonprofits on the front lines of responding to the needs of our neighbors, friends, and families. Our Next Transformational Leadership Cohort is Focused on Strategic Planning! In the 3rd month of the Transformational Leadership Cohort (TLC) we will dive into the power of Strategic Planning! Led by the incredible Michelle Pratt, a master at demystifying the strategic planning process, this workshop is all about actionable results. Michelle will guide leaders through a dynamic, hands-on experience to help the TLC participants shape or fine-tune their vision and strategy. They will leave with a clear roadmap that leads to sustainable success. Michelle is currently partnering with the Lee Pesky Learning Center (LPLC), one of IP4G’s premiere learning centers. As the lead strategic planning consultant, she’s helping a talented team of our consultants refine goals, boost community engagement, and optimize their operations to power LPLC?s next big leap forward.
