Pranav has been given an outstanding volunteer award for 2023-24 by IFT (Institute of Food Technologists) for his volunteer services towards the Dairy Foods Division of IFT.?The Outstanding Volunteer award?honors a current Division member who provided exemplary volunteer work to the Division in the current year. Pranav has volunteered for the Dairy Foods Division of IFT for the past two years and Co-Leads their Special Initiative Team. The Dairy Foods division is an active division of IFT that aims to build a bridge between basic research and applied technology in the dairy field. This year, Pranav has also been selected to participate in the Annual Meeting Scientific Program Advisory Panel (AMSPAP) of IFT. The panel makes the final selection of all the scientific presentations and curates all speakers into the Scientific & Technical forum of the annual IFT FIRST event. The panel also ensures that the event meets high-quality standards and demonstrates recent advancements in the field of food science.
