ICT completed a 2-month turnkey cleanup of West Point's 81,855-square-foot wood and metal shop in Spellman Hall, preparing it for reconstruction. Dozens of units of production equipment were auctioned, hazardous and general waste was disposed of in compliance, and the site was returned in pristine, broom-swept condition, minimizing environmental impact and meeting WPA's repurposing needs.
