Cameras should be reviewed daily to ensure there is no obstruction or cameras that are not functioning properly. “All licensees should be aware that ground cannabis dust is a hazardous chemical and that OSHA has issued citations to licensees who have failed to evaluate and classify accordingly,” the bulletin warns. “Licensees should evaluate the workplace safety and health risks including, but not limited to, skin and respiratory sensitization by an allergen associated with ground cannabis dust generated during the processing of marijuana in their workplace.”

Having a good system in place for managing those records is key. Ensuring that records are legible, and professional, and organized when presenting to the State and/or regulators. "California-based Eaze Inc., Green Dragon’s parent company, got a $10 million lifeline from investors, according to a statement. The money will allow the company to reopen 70 locations, including Green Dragon outlets in Colorado, the statement said."

"The state will start issuing licenses starting in January 2025, but the county can regulate the time, manner and place of such businesses, as long as the county's regulations are reasonable and align with state laws."
