We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Dr. Phillip Singer, DO, MBA, FACEP, as our new Chief Medical Officer! As a veteran of our great country serving leadership roles in the elite US Army's 5th Special Forces Group, Dr. Singer also brings an extensive background in emergency medicine and healthcare leadership as well as a wealth of business knowledge supported by his Masters in Business Administration. Dr. Singer will oversee our clinical practices and ensure the highest standards in our overall services offering. He serves as a board-certified emergency medicine physician and is recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians (FACEP), representing the highest level of expertise within his field. In Southeast Texas, he has held dual roles as the Site Medical Director and Trauma Medical Director for Envision Physician Services, where he has played an integral role in clinical operations, patient care quality, and emergency medical leadership. Dr. Singer is affiliated with the University of Texas Medical Branch and holds both a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree and an MBA from Lincoln Memorial University, DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. His academic journey includes a distinguished, dually accredited residency in Emergency Medicine through Michigan State University and a fellowship with Jefferson-Envision Physician Services. In addition, Dr. Singer has served as an officer on the iCRYO Medical Advisory Board, contributing his insights and expertise to further our mission!
