ICON Shelter Systems designs and produces standard and custom steel framed shelters for the park and transportation industries. Site and street shelters by ICON Shelter Systems, Inc. enhance enrich and define public spaces. The standard product line has hexagons, octagons, squares, gabled rectangles, hipped rectangles and curved roof barrel vault shelters. All standard shelters are available in one foot increment sizes without incurring “custom size” charges. Optional roof pitches are available without incurring additional engineering charges. Other options include double and triple tier roofs, ornamental railings, custom columns, wind screens, perforated steel screens, display cases and cupolas. Also available are ornate gazebos, pavilions to over 100’, arbors and pergolas, urban transit shelters, clock towers and kiosks. The strength of ICON Shelter Systems, Inc. is their custom design and engineering capabilities. Our design and engineering personnel have over 50 years of collective experience working with A/E/C and landscape architecture firms producing custom designed shelters.

This design perfectly balances functionality and style, featuring the town logo and intricate lattice detailing. It’s the ideal gathering spot for community events, weddings, and more. We worked with Barton & Loguidice Engineers on this large custom shelter that was installed at the Salina Town Hall this past summer. This 25 x 25 ironworks gable shelter features the town logo as well as custom lattice ornamentation. The town wanted a shelter large enough to accommodate weddings, photo opportunities and other events held at the town hall. Inspired by Mediterranean coastal regions, the park even features a sundial, symbolizing the "del Sol" theme. This park is one of five new parks set to open this fiscal year, fulfilling our commitment to work toward a future where every San Diegan has access to safe, beautiful green spaces. ?? Arvada’s newest park — the Garrison Garden Paseo — is officially open! ?? On Oct. 30, the City of Arvada and the Arvada Urban Renewal Authority (AURA) officially opened the Garrison Garden Paseo. Located just west of the Arvada Community Garden, “the Paseo” is a linear park that provides non-motorized users with an enhanced connection between 57th Avenue to the south and Ralston Road to the north. ?? The park’s name, Garrison Garden Paseo, reflects both its proximity to the Arvada Community Garden and the Spanish term paseo, meaning walkway or boulevard. Designed to make the neighborhood more walkable, the park provides improved accessibility with a more gentle slope for pedestrians and cyclists. ?? The Paseo also provides direct access to nearby community amenities to the north, such as Ralston Central Park, the Ralston Creek Trail and local businesses – many of which are planned to open in the area over the next several years. ??
