Network for Aviation Museums is a special interest group of ICOM CIMUSET. The network aims to build practical and beneficial collaborative relationships between aviation museums around the world. For this end the network is announcing a conference to be held at the Canada Aviation and Space Museum(CASM) and Ingenium Centre, Ottawa, CANADA 12-16th May 2025. Now the organisers are seeking *two presenters for two sessions: Engaging with Audiences and Digital* . Funding of $1500 Canadian dollars will be awarded to the successful applicants. The Call for Papers and the funding is aimed at Cimuset members who are aviation museum professionals or work with aviation collections and/or content (but excluding Canada and United States as they have other opportunities). The conference is on-site only so the applicant must be able to in person in Ottawa, Canada from 12 to 16 May. How do we talk about scientists and engineers in museums? Do museums and Science centers need to take more active role or is it the responsibility of science and engineering correct itself first? Had a wonderful opportunity to visit Kolkata India in January. The National Council of Museum's Rajib Nath hosted me. In my program was besides an excellent lunch, a tour of Science City's new Climate Change exhibition with Anurag Kumar and a meeting with the General Director of National Council of Science Museum's A.D. Choudhury. Hopefully we can have a Cimuset conference in India sometime in the future. Secretary Riina
