Ever wondered what CEOs, CIOs, and enterprise strategists really discuss behind closed doors? Bengaluru Think Tank 2025 isn’t a conference. It’s a room filled with 60 enterprise leaders, having deep, no-fluff discussions about what’s working, what’s not, and what comes next. Here’s what’s on the table: 1.Breaking Department Silos – Why do they still exist, and how do we fix them? 2.Busting 25-Year-Old IT Myths – Why IT can’t sit outside the business anymore. 3. The Department of Efficiency – Why top enterprises treat efficiency as a function, not a project. 4. AI in 2040? Or Just Smart Automation? – Hype vs. actual enterprise impact. 5. Who Owns Enterprise Architecture? – Should it report to the CEO or CIO? These aren’t panel talks with rehearsed answers. These are deep-dive discussions among decision-makers. Want to be in the room? Here’s how: 1. Join Executive Sessions – This is where enterprise leaders shape the future. 2. Submit Your Enterprise Project for Ratings & Awards – Get a reality check on your transformation. 3. Be Part of the 2-Day Think Tank – Learn, challenge, and build better strategies. 4. Attend the ICMG Awards Gala – Celebrate the enterprises that are getting it right. 60 seats. Real conversations. Real impact. Will you be in the room?

CEO of ICMG International, Creator of Universal Enterprise Anatomy Model

Your Business Isn’t Failing Because of Competition—It’s Failing Because of Your Own Enterprise Anatomy. Businesses often blame external threats—new competitors, price wars, market conditions—for their decline. But consider this: blaming competition for your enterprise’s failure is like believing your heart condition is caused by someone else’s heart disease. Just as you don’t suffer due to someone else’s heart condition, your business doesn’t fail because competitors are strong—it fails because your own internal structure (anatomy) is flawed. In other words, external pressures don't break enterprises; internal misalignment and inefficiencies do.

Why Bengaluru, India’s Tech Hub, Turned Itself Into a City of Digital Masons ? 40 Years of IT Waste – And We’re Still Calling It Innovation? Join Webinar Panel Discussions: 13 March, 11:00 AM IST Bengaluru was once a global leader in enterprise IT strategy. Today? It’s just a cloud plumbing hub—and Gartner, Forrester, and IT services firms helped turn it into one. How? By reinforcing a vendor-first, implementation-centric approach disguised as enterprise strategy. 1.Gartner & Forrester don’t challenge cloud vendors—they validate them. Their “Magic Quadrants” are just vendor marketing tools. 2.Their frameworks shape how IT leaders think—but always within the limits of cloud vendor ecosystems. 3. If AWS, Microsoft, and Google push cloud-first, Gartner makes it an industry standard. 4. If Kubernetes becomes the hot topic, Forrester ranks vendors based on how well they sell it. 5. If microservices hype grows, CIOs suddenly believe that breaking monoliths = enterprise transformation. 40 years of IT waste—billions spent—yet businesses still struggle with the same fundamental issues. It’s time to rethink IT leadership. -Are CIOs setting their own roadmaps, or just following what cloud vendors offer? -Are Enterprise Architects defining business-driven IT, or just modernizing tech stacks? - Can IT move beyond vendor-driven decisions and reclaim its role as an enterprise-wide strategic force? ?? This is what we’ll be debating at the upcoming Think Tank discussion.

For decades, IT architecture has been hijacked by programming patterns—microservices, Agile, client-server—Misleading entire industries into Believing that "programing & tools" are Architecture. This is a Lie. Real architecture is about vision, structure, and strategic alignment, not the latest coding trend or vendor-driven framework Join us in the upcoming webinar Tue, Feb 27, 2025 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM (UTC+10:00) Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney Hosted by ICMG Australia Think tank

?? Who’s Actually Running IT in Bengaluru? It’s not enterprises. It’s not CIOs. The real IT bosses today? AWS, Microsoft, and Google. ?? Every IT decision is a vendor pricing plan. ?? Every architecture discussion is a multi-cloud comparison. ?? Every innovation strategy is following vendor release cycles. This isn't IT leadership. It’s outsourced thinking. It's time to break free from vendor-driven thinking and truly lead with purpose. ICMG's Enterprise Strategy & Architecture Awards 2025 are the place where bold, independent leaders come together to reshape the future. Join us on April 24-25, 2025 in Bengaluru to elevate enterprise architecture beyond the cloud wars and focus on building real strategies for the future. #EnterpriseArchitecture #Leadership #Innovation #TechTrends #Strategy #DisruptTheStatusQuo
