ABOUT ICL We partner with brands to bring clean, safe, and effective personal care products to eco- and wellness-minded consumers. Contract filling services for bottles, jars, tubes, and more. 5,000 - 50,000 units | 0.5 oz - 64 fl. oz. Bulk orders. Fill and assembly. Collaboration between R&D and Production to determine specifications, standards, and detailed manufacturing instructions. Full pilot batching and scale-up processes to ensure product consistency at full production scale. Process engineering and line trials by cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of filling, packaging, and shipping to meet all customer requirements. Ability to fulfill unique, highly customized or labor-intensive packaging configurations. Short reorder lead times of 4-6 weeks (depending on specialized raw material lead times). Ability to expedite time-sensitive orders and make customer-requested adjustments rapidly. Low MOQs but ability to flex up to high-volume production runs (~500k). Top 10 Mistakes Made in?#beautyindustry?Product Development (please add below ? ) #3 Not Conducting a Fill Weight Verification Test ???? This affects the cosmetic fill vs label claim + your COGS & Margins. ?? Customers do not want a product that look underfilled. ? If you don't properly conduct a fill weight and determine the amount of cosmetic fill - the label claim is going to be wrong. ? Every 12oz bottle of probably holds about 13.5oz - if you only claim 12oz on the label, the manufacturer is only going to fill 12oz unless you have agreed to fill that extra 1.5oz. ? I could go down a rabbit hole on this one. ?? At ICL Contract Manufacturing we highly recommend not printing the labels or fill weights until we have done a proper fill weight test. #cleanbeauty #productinnovation

How does ICL Contract Manufacturing listen to the VOC (Voice of the Customer) and design formulas for the next generation? I conduct focus groups with actual users. It happens in my car on a daily basis. I have 3 daughters. Every day I leave work to shuttle my kids and their friends to dance, after-school activities, and weekend stuff.
