*Friday Motivation* This past week I had a chance to grab lunch with one of our ICL Academy Champion Mentors, Steve Nash, and my partner Kirk Spahn, and I left the conversation feeling motivated and energized by Steve's words. Our conversation took me back to him sitting down with our students and families this past year and discussing the importance of focusing on the process over the outcome. This message from Steve resonated deeply with me. In sports, academics, careers, and life, it’s easy to get caught up chasing results, but true growth happens when we commit to the daily grind, the hard work, and the moments no one sees. At ICL Academy, we encourage our students to embrace the journey—showing up every day, pushing through challenges, and trusting that their effort will lead to greatness, on and off the field. Having a purpose, following our passions, trusting the process, persevering, and having a positive perspective, will allow each of us to do great things in life! #Leadership #TrustTheProcess #Education #GrowthMindset
