ICI Services’ 500 engineers, analysts, logisticians, technicians and information technology specialists provide integral, quality support to multiple Navy organizations and the Department of Homeland Security. We are headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA. and have offices on all three coasts and 13 states to provide deep customer and program understanding and enhance our ability to deliver responsive services. ICI Services Dover, NH Office Celebrates Thanksgiving ICI's Dover employees and Patrona teammates took time to celebrate Thanksgiving. “We have a close-knit office and it's nice to spend time with our teammates and families to have this meal together” said Mike Amenti, ICI’s Project Manager and Operations Center Manager. "We invited friends and family to join us for this mean and this year was exceptional, we had 9 turkeys, 47 side dishes, 23 desserts, and hundreds of smiles." “I’m always amazed by the amount of effort that we put into making the environment so warm and welcoming. And with so many people volunteering their time and preparing or contributing food and being able to host not only our people, but members of our community here in Dover really puts us in a holiday spirit. I’ve worked in many places where I’ve bonded with my coworkers and made friends, but I’ve definitely found my family here.” Said Willie Brown, an ICI Engineering Technician.

ICI SUBMEPP Engineering Techs Earn iStar Awards Alexis Ryzewic and Haley Roy were recently presented iStar Employee Reward and Recognition Awards for their outstanding support to the Navy’s Submarine Maintenance Engineering, Planning and Procurement (SUBMEPP) Activity in Kittery, Maine.? Alex and Haley, Engineering Tech IVs, were honored for generating high quality Maintenance Standards for the Columbia Class Submarine Program. Mike Amenti, ICI’s Project Manager and Operations Center Manager, said in nominating the pair that their hard work and commitment to excellence resulted in quality deliverables often with minimal lead times. In a recent month, he noted, the team published 70 Maintenance Standards, many of which were ready for Engineering Team review on the first pass. Alexis joined ICI Services in September 2019. She referred Haley to ICI in 2021. “Congratulations to both Haley and Alexis for going above and beyond,” Amenti said. “Your attention to detail and efforts are well appreciated.”????

ICI Services Celebrates Quarter Century of Service to US Navy and Government Customers at our Washington Navy Yard Office This fall, ICI Services Corporation celebrated its 25th anniversary with a luncheon at our Navy Yard Office at 300 M Street, SE, Washington, DC. ICI Services was founded by Dennis M. “Mike” McCarley in 1999 to provide stellar services at reasonable rates to Government agencies. McCarley started the company with a small group of like-minded defense contracting veterans, initially operating out of an office in his basement outside DC. In 2015, ICI Services became an employee-owned company, with CEO Mike McCarley and several previous owners remaining to provide ongoing leadership.?That year, ICI Services also earned its first ISO 9000 Quality Management certification. The company was recently recertified through 2027. To celebrate ICI’s quarter century milestone and thank the employee-owners who made it possible, ICI hosted luncheons at one of its largest offices, with nearly 100 employee-owners, Navy customers, and industry partners attended the celebration.?CEO Mike McCarley and President Greg Bryant addressed the crowd, thanking them for their support in helping ICI Services become what it is today. ?We want to thank the employees who helped make the celebrations special?In Washington the Planning Committee included Cheryl Clausson, Ben Ford, Virginia Moore, Ryan Sassman, Jesse Waletich, Tomi Adetunji, Gus Weeks, Jiin Kim, Mike Reed and Kevin Owens.?
