I don’t know how else to describe that. Most importantly, these folks are genuinely great people. They are Seasoned professionals, they are Action oriented humans, they are Loving / caring, and they’re Trustworthy—doing what they say. Those are the kind of people worth meeting and networking with. If you haven’t noticed, the acronym I’m highlighting is "SALT." Without that mineral in your neural network (electrolytes), your brain won’t function. And without those ingredients in your professional network, it won’t function well either. You can have an impressive title but have little orientation to action. You can make a lot of promises and not follow through (and sadly, I have been guilty of this). It is more significant to contain the right ingredients than to look likeable on the outside. My goal is to be the beacon for what I want to see in the world and try to gather these types of professionals for events like this.
