You’ll resolve issues, educate customers on best practices, and empower them to use our products with confidence, balancing customer engagement and detailed diagnostics for efficient solutions.
What we’re looking for:
?? 2-3 years of technical support experience with IoT devices or electronics
?? Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
?? A passion for customer service and wellness
?? Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
?? Experience in fast-paced, innovative environments
?? Familiarity with CRM systems for logging customer interactions, technical issues, and feedback
?? Comfortable working in a remote environment
