As we gear up to celebrate July 4th, we’re sending you our warmest wishes for a holiday that’s more memorable than our last attempt at grilling (spoiler: it was a disaster). Whether you’re planning to master the art of the perfect barbecue, get wowed by fireworks, or just enjoy some quality time with loved ones, we hope your day is packed with fun, relaxation, and maybe a little bit of reflection (but not too much, we’re not philosophers). Heads up: our office will be closed for Independence Day because, let’s be honest, we need a break too. We’ll be back on July 5th, ready to tackle your messages and pretend we didn’t eat our weight in hot dogs. Have an amazing holiday, and stay safe out there! ????

?? Happy Flag Day, everyone! Here at ICA we've seen flags in all shapes and sizes and to celebrate Flag Day we are excited to celebrate a few fascinating facts. ?? Did you know the current flag was designed by a high school student? In 1958, Robert G. Heft from Ohio created it for a class project and received a B-. Little did he know, President Dwight D. Eisenhower would later choose his design! ?? The nickname "Old Glory" comes from a sea captain named William Driver. He proudly flew an American flag on his ship and lovingly called it "Old Glory." The name stuck and has been cherished ever since. ?? While popular legend credits Betsy Ross with sewing the first American flag at George Washington's request, historians believe this story is more folklore than fact. Still, it's a charming piece of our nation's history! Got any other cool flag facts? Drop them in the comments — we’d love to hear from you! ???? #FlagDay
