Ibis offers our Multi-Application Collector (MAC), a reliable and cost-effective solution for air filtration and dust/fiber collection. The MAC is a passive manual filter, requiring no power and featuring no moving parts. It offers two-stage filtration for particulates carried by an air stream from a fan. The primary filter sleeve, made of mesh or knitted filter fabric, acts as the first stage of filtration. Larger particulates are collected in a device below the unit as they fall from the air stream. Smaller particulates pass through the sleeve and are captured by the 2nd stage filter wall media, ensuring that only clean air mixes with the ambient air outside the unit.
