Tackling food waste is a challenge we approach with responsibility and action, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to make informed decisions that enhance efficiency while upholding the highest standards in our kitchens. In 2023, we took a significant step forward starting the integration of AI-driven technology in the kitchens of our hotels, preventing 921,800 kg of organic food waste compared to the previous year. And we are not stopping there—our commitment to reducing waste extends across all our destinations as we continue scaling this initiative. By harnessing the power of technology, we are not only minimizing our environmental footprint but also strengthening the value we deliver to our guests and communities. #ResponsibleTourism
