Collaboration is at the heart of Zoe’s approach. She thrives on solving complex challenges alongside stakeholders, IT teams, and system integrators to ensure seamless data management and smooth migrations. Always looking ahead, she’s passionate about automation, metadata management, and finding new ways to enhance efficiency. With over 25 years of experience in data management, Michael has mastered the art of ensuring data integrity, ERP migrations, and strategic governance. An MBA graduate from Strayer University, he has supported Army audit readiness as both a DA Civilian and Contractor, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Beyond the spreadsheets and strategy, Michael has serious game—literally. He was nominated to the 1980 McDonald’s All-American team! While today’s players get commercials and viral TikToks, Michael got something just as legendary: a trophy and a year’s worth of free hamburgers. ???? Neal holds a Finance degree from the University of Virginia and brings 13 years of experience in financial transformation consulting. He has worked with both the US Army and the US Navy, specializing in audit response, audit remediation, financial statement analysis, and internal control testing. Before diving into finance, Neal was drafted to play professional baseball by the Philadelphia Phillies! These days, he stays connected to the game by coaching youth baseball. Neal’s strategic approach—whether in financial transformation or on the baseball field—makes him a great addition to Iberia.
