People will almost always experience their best personal growth outside of their current comfort zone. I've seen that happens best in 4 ways: Education - Acquiring more knowledge about the subject and leadership. Trust - Extending and establishing trust in people within the organization - (so people will take risks). Challenge - Someone willing to give someone a chance "gently push" them outside their comfort zone. Experience - growing as you do (including making mistakes and trying again). #leadership
