"We had an amazing time celebrating our dedicated team at the Employee Appreciation Event held at Transit Lanes in Buffalo, NY! ?? It was a wonderful opportunity to come together, unwind, and enjoy some well-deserved fun outside the office. Last week, the team attended the Rochester Institute of Technology University-Wide Spring 2025 Career Fair and had an incredible time connecting with talented students eager to drive innovation in engineering. It was inspiring to see so many passionate individuals ready to shape the future of technology and problem-solving. A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth – the conversations were insightful, and we’re excited about the potential for future collaborations. Last week, we proudly participated in National Wear Red Day! February is American Heart Month, and National Wear Red Day is dedicated to raising awareness about heart disease, particularly its impact on women, as cardiovascular disease is the number one killer of women. A special thank you to all of our staff who wore red, enabling us to make a donation to the American Heart Association.

?? ? Happy National Ugly Sweater Day! ? ?? As we embrace the holiday season, we're not just sporting our most festively questionable sweaters—we're also giving back with purpose. We’re proud to have donated to Toys for Tots and Trees for Troops, spreading holiday cheer to families and military personnel. While our sweaters may be bold, our commitment to spreading holiday joy and kindness remains unwavering. Wishing everyone a joyful and generous holiday season!

On this Thanksgiving, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to our incredible team, clients, and community who make our success possible. In celebration of this holiday, we have donated to this year's Thanksgiving Appeal, a charity event by Small Business Council of Rochester, that provides Thanksgiving food boxes to families in need. At IBC, we pride ourselves on being more than just a team—we are a family. Recently, one of our own, Brady Miller, experienced an unimaginable loss when his home was destroyed in a devastating fire. Not only did he lose his home, but he also tragically lost his pet, a beloved member of his family. Thankfully, Brady and his wife are safe, but the impact of this tragedy is profound, and the road to recovery will be a long one.
