BREAKING NEWS: IAI North America has announced the three startups selected for the second cohort of the IAI CATALYST accelerator program. IAI CATALYST is run through IAI – Israel Aerospace Industries’ U.S. based Innovation Center. Startups selected for this accelerator work in a collaborative ecosystem and leverage extensive resources from IAI and IAI North America, on top of receiving seed money. These startups will also have access to a variety of mentors ranging from technical experts and engineers to export control and marketing specialists. IAI North America is proud to announce that Stark Aerospace has won the MK 41 Vertical Launching System (VLS) MK 25 canister production contract from the U.S. Navy. IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries is developing the first guided missile using external optical guidance without a homing sensor. This Automatic Command to Line-of-Sight (ACLOS) tactical missile weighs less than five pounds, can be shoulder-launched and does not rely on global navigation satellite systems (GNSS), making it resilient to traditional #GNSS jamming or spoofing.
