On November 4th, we held a signing day for our amazing group of 12 up-and-coming talents. We were thrilled to have the presence of Meredith Smith Assistant Director of the Alabama Office of Apprenticeship, Donny Jones COO of the Chamber of Commerce, as well as our very own Tom Boney COO, Matthias Goetz General Manager, and Steve Dorsett Human Resources Manager of IAC, delivering encouraging speeches. This unique apprenticeship program is unlike any other-in fact, it is the only one of its kind in the United States. That's why we're proud of this milestone. At IAC, we make it a priority to address needs as they arise and strive to act accordingly. Our team recently made a generous donation of various items to aid the flood victims in the Florida area. It was a privilege to collaborate with ATN (Alabama Technology Network) to offer Belt and chain drive systems training to the maintenance department at IAC Cottondale. Our team has acquired valuable skills and practical experience that will elevate the maintenance team at IAC Cottondale to new heights. (Investing in our future)

And so it begins: We have started our "Investment" into our future. Our team members are truly our strongest asset. Congratulation to the 1st Graduating Team to complete Introduction to FMEA & Seven "New" quality tools training. This is a voluntary training where team members with drive can prepare themselves for a brighter future as well as making IAC stronger. Well done team.

IAC Cottondale is proud to announce the launch of a registered apprenticeship program with the Alabama Office of Apprenticeship. The program is customized to provide training in the manufacturing of premium leather interior components. With a progressive pay structure, the journeyman pay upon successful completion of the one-year program will be $30 per hour.
