Last week, I celebrated the renewal of my SCMP? certification from Global Communication Certification Council for the second year in a row! As a strong advocate of continuous learning, I’ve come to see growth as something that shows up in so many ways—through conversations with peers, insights from mentors, lessons in books or PD events, and even everyday challenges. For me, learning is also about giving back. When we share our knowledge and experiences, we empower others and help our community thrive.
