InnoPower LLC (InnoPower Indy) and Blaizing Academy have a goal of training more than 1,000 people in prompt engineering and AI fundamentals by the middle of this year (with support from The Exchange at the Indianapolis Urban League, Sagamore Institute, and IAAQLI). Their train-the-trainer movement is an impressive way to democratize access, rapidly moving the dial through AI to help make job seekers more efficient and attractive to employers. ?? Celebrating Innovation & Empowerment This #Black History Month! ?? Get ready, #Indy — artificial intelligence is here, and it’s transforming our community for the better! A groundbreaking AI training initiative is taking off in #Indianapolis, equipping our community with the skills needed to thrive in the AI revolution. ?? InnoPower LLC (InnoPower Indy) Founder and CEO, Emil Nabo Ekiyor outlined the goal of this AI empowerment program - To train 1,000 Hoosiers in artificial intelligence by July 31, 2025. ?? ??The Power of Partnerships and Collaboration: ???? Through strategic partnerships with Blaizing Academy, Indiana Wesleyan University, and key community organizations like IAAQLI, The Exchange at the Indianapolis Urban League, Sagamore Institute, 50 “master trainers” have been recruited to not only learn prompt engineering but also teach it to others. These trainers will also be given a $500 stipend to empower them in training 20 people each, thereby bringing the total number of beneficiaries to 1,000 people by July 31, 2025. ???? ??Why Artificial Intelligence, and Why Now? AI is still in its early stages, but it has already proven to be a game-changer. Tasks that once took days to complete can now be done in minutes! ? This isn’t just about tech; it’s about democratizing access, ensuring EVERYONE —especially #Black communities can thrive in this tech-driven economy. ??
