Success in business means success with mental health. Go find a field and frolic a bit. If not, at least get some daily sunshine and an occasional scenic view. You can thank us later.
Ensuring we stay RICE Ready means sometimes taking the time to recharge. The power of renewal is a true gift—it’s refreshing, insightful, and an opportunity to really focus in on your “whyâ€.? RICE had the privilege of being selected as one of a small group of nonprofits to participate in Babson College’s Nonprofit Entrepreneurial Leadership program, in partnership with the Arthur Blank Foundation, held at West Creek Ranch in Montana.? The immersion of learning through community, classroom, and nature was an unparalleled experience for leadership. We eagerly anticipate the tools our President and CEO, Jay Bailey, and our Executive Vice President and CAO, Shawn M. Graham, CPA , will bring back to RICE.? A heartfelt thank you to Babson College, Cheryl Kiser, Dr. Tina O., Jennifer MacDonald, Arthur M. Blank, and the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, Fay Twersky, Daniel Shoy, Rachel (Ward) Jackson, and the entire staff at West Creek Ranch for hosting RICE.? Opportunities like this shape the best leaders and truly allow RICE to serve our mission.
