Yesterday was the first official day in Garnett Powell Maximon Barlow & Farbes's new office at 1125 17th Street, Suite 2200. It was the culmination of over a year of work finding the right building and designing/building the right space for our team. We could not be more thrilled with how the project turned out. The future of the firm is bright and we are so excited to grow in our new space. I would like to extend a special thanks to our entire team who made this a reality. Clic Design Studio Rene Stremel, NCIDQ, LEED AP Sarah McGarry were the most amazing and patient architects/designers for the space. Jeanie Neumeyer was an incredible project manager who kept everyone focused and coordinated hundreds of things I never even saw. i2 Construction, LLP was the perfect general contractor and Zane Knapp was the best superintendent the project could have asked for. He went above and beyond in everything he did including helping us install our beer kegs in the party space! Andy Cullen Natalie Froland Tributary Real Estate Developments were fantastic stewards through the commercial real estate process. Lastly, Alicen Robley, IIDA with Projex was a great furniture partner. If you're beginning the process of considering building out a new space, you would be a fool not to consider every one of the folks on this team. They are all the absolute best in the business!

In collaboration with Limelight Hotels and Otherworld Creative, Ajax—known for its exceptional American cuisine and recognized as one of Denver’s top steakhouses—underwent a stunning transformation. Key updates included layout improvements, bold blue accents, marble tabletops, contrasting chairs, mood lighting, and refreshed restrooms, all completed with minimal disruption to Limelight Hotel guests.
