Juan Ramos, Stephen Williams,Crystal Williams and I had the pleasure of hosting students from the North Wake College and Career Academy (part of Wake Tech Community College). We discussed our Cisco and life journeys as well the exciting possibilities in technology and AI careers, biomedical fields and biomanufacturing— here in the Triangle area. One point of our conversation was something deeper: The Power of You. We asked the students, "What's your superpower? What makes you, you?" We explored the passions that drive them, what gets them up in the morning and how they see themselves shaping their futures. Crystal lead that conversation with these young leaders.? Moving forward, I’m going to emphasize this in my discussions—understanding what makes each student special and how they can build a positive mindset for success.
