Progress is moving rapidly on I&E’s multifamily development, East Park Apartment Homes Phase 1, in Salem, Oregon. The project scope includes all underground civil work and the construction of 18 three-story buildings, comprising 210 residential units. We've successfully completed storm and sewer mainline installations, and the fire hydrant system is currently underway. Foundations are being poured, and parking lot preparations are progressing with curbing and grading. This project reflects our dedication to delivering quality housing in thriving, well-connected communities.

I&E Construction recently visited Eugene, OR, to participate in the Multifamily NW 2024 Prism Education Conference - Camp PRISM. This event provided an excellent platform for connection and collaboration. We had the opportunity to network with property managers, maintenance teams, new and existing clients. We are excited to announce the successful completion of Beach Home Condominiums, located along the beautiful coast in Southshore, Oregon. ? This extensive rehabilitation project included: - 10 buildings and 17 garages -?Removal and replacement of siding assembly on the north, west & south building elevations - Installation of new windows, sliding glass doors, and swing doors - Replacement of low-slope roofing and repairs on steep-slope roofs - Upgrades to decking and walkway surfaces, as well as guardrails ? Our team worked diligently to uphold the highest quality and safety standards, transforming these owner-occupied condominiums into stunning, modern homes. We want to thank everyone involved for their hard work and dedication. We are incredibly proud of the results.

At I&E Construction we make great efforts to give back to the community. Most recently we had the honor of helping the Brenner family in their time of need by rebuilding their deck, performing structural and electrical repairs, and tackling landscaping and organization. We worked with Rebuilding Together Portland , alongside companies like PARR , OrePac Building Products, Weyerhaeuser, Miller Paint Company, FABCO, and Bliss Roofing. A special thanks to Mrs. Masako Brenner, her lovely children, and her grandchildren for allowing all of us to help. Pendleton, Oregon, is a thriving community that embraces growth and progress. I&E is excited to make a positive impact by developing the Westgate Apartment Homes, a multifamily project consisting of 204 units throughout seventeen three-story buildings, a clubhouse, a pool, and a basketball court. We are thrilled to enrich the Pendleton community by providing contemporary and affordable housing options, and we are committed to contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the area.

At I&E, our in-house concrete division is staffed with highly skilled tradespeople who play a crucial role in the progress of our construction projects. This dedicated team excels in various aspects of concrete work, including structural concrete such as low-wall foundations, high-wall foundations, slab on grade, and elevated decks, as well as civil & architectural concrete like cast-in-place curbs, ADA ramps, sidewalks, stamped concrete, and pavilions. Their mastery of these techniques ensures that they consistently deliver exceptional results on every project they undertake.

I&E's Specialty Project department is in the final stages of constructing a state-of-the-art custom home on the Coast. A significant focus for this project has been sustainability and durability. To achieve this, we incorporated ICF Block, R-30 wool insulation, Kolbe Windows, and Shou Sugi Ban siding. This home, located within 100 feet of the ocean, has been carefully engineered with a solar-powered electrical system, mold-resistant materials, and breakaway walls. I&E has successfully completed a tenant improvement project for the Opus School of Music in an existing single-story wood-framed building. This project transformed a former chiropractor's office into a vibrant music and dance school, maintaining its B occupancy classification. Key updates included enclosing 50 square feet of the existing covered deck and making exterior enhancements such as a new storefront, canopy, ramp, concrete patio, and handrails. The revitalized space features multiple dedicated rooms for music lessons, dance classes, and group rehearsals, fostering a creative environment for students. Significant site improvements were made, including the addition of 850 square feet of hardscape, enhancing accessibility without altering existing landscaping or height.
