?Shining the spotlight on Jasmine Goff to celebrate 11 years of commitment and growth at HCA! Jasmine Goff has exemplified dedication, hard work, and a passion for personal and professional growth. She is an exceptional example of HCA’s Grow From Within philosophy, holding multiple roles on our Lease End and Servicing teams including total loss Supervisor, where she acquired valuable experiences and developed her skillset which led to her fulfilling her dream of becoming a trainer. In 2018, she transitioned into instructional design, giving her the opportunity to help craft the newly created?role. Behind-the-scenes work like conducting needs analyses, collaborating with key stakeholders, and developing new and engaging ways to enhance knowledge retention has been a highlight for her. Jasmine values honesty and consistency and appreciates candid feedback to learn and grow, believing that understanding what needs improvement is key to making progress. Jasmine's advice to colleagues: "Mentors are invaluable. Having people who can speak on your behalf in meetings, advocate for you, and highlight your strengths when you're not in the room can make a huge difference. That’s been instrumental in my career at HCA.” Jasmine was honored to receive HCA’s Work Smart Award and is also a member of HCA’s Women Inspiring Support and Excellence (WISE) ERG. In her role as?Manager, Operations Instructional Design on the OSAT Performance Enablement team she is focused on building her portfolio and?deepening her understanding of adult learning principles to further enhance productivity for the agents at HCA. Jasmine has also prioritized her work-life goals, shifting towards a healthier balance and valuing the importance of filling up her family’s cup and giving herself grace to recognize “work will still be there tomorrow.” She enjoys reading, loves outdoor activities, and cherishes spending time with her family, playing basketball with her children and enjoying beach volleyball.

It's Recognition Month at HCA and we are thrilled to shine the spotlight on Eric Murff, who paired up his love for cars with his management experience to join HCA five years ago. Eric brings a positive attitude and infectious energy to the workplace, always finding ways to make the job fun and engaging for everyone around him. ? Not only does Eric excel in his role, but he also has a passion for cooking, riding ATV’s, cars, and music concerts. In addition to his culinary skills, Eric is a hardworking team player who enjoys spending his free time volunteering with Habitat for Humanity helping them achieve their mission. Transparency is the most valuable asset for Eric at work and in life. “I like for people to shoot it to me straight!” ? Collaborating with his network of friends and colleagues to organize large groups of volunteers supporting Habitat For Humanity has been a highlight for him during his time at HCA. ? Eric’s advice to his colleagues: Grow your career, navigate and find success. Network and build relationships. This is a huge company and there are many different career paths. Have a plan and execute. ? Eric is the Manager of Dialer Administration for the Contact Management Team, where he has an awesome team of seven Contact Management Associates who oversee dialer operations for the Operations Division.??

In the event of an emergency, we want to ensure that our team is equipped with the skills they need to respond effectively.
