She began her HCA journey as a Servicing Project Manager and has since advanced to various leadership roles across IT. Carlee credits her professional growth to HCA’s talented and supportive team members, who have fostered a culture of encouragement and mentorship. A key moment in Carlee's career was the 2017 Global Site Visit, where she connected with colleagues worldwide, gained fresh perspectives, and immersed herself in HCA’s global business practices. Carlee approaches challenges with focus, strategically stepping back to gain perspective and resolve issues, shaping her into a skilled problem solver with a transformational leadership style. Her hobbies include walking, reading, gardening, and spending time at the beach, her ultimate happy place. Carlee's advice: “Build a strong network and take on stretch assignments to broaden your knowledge. This big picture perspective fosters cross functional collaboration and success." Carlee is a Manager of Application Data Management and Architecture, leading proactive data initiatives, process enhancements, and ensuring exceptional technical delivery quality. She was honored with the 2024 Leadership Excellence award and was also a group recipient of the Teamwork Excellence Award.

Hyundai Motor America’s Amigos Unidos ERG hosted a Career Experience Day, where 60 students from Southern California colleges explored diverse career paths within Hyundai and engaged in hands-on workshops to learn each department’s functions. ? In the finance session, members from HCA's Hyundai Capital Latinx-Hispanic Alliance ERG showcased the vehicle purchase lifecycle and how HCA and HMA services work together seamlessly. The students stepped into the role of credit analysts, evaluating mock credit applications and making approval decisions! ?
