    Writing really good quality content with code is hard for DevRel but there's an easy trick you can do to speed it up. Think about building a really popular sample app that uses key features from some open source libraries and key features from your product. For example, you could build a Chatgpt clone (Really popular search) that uses steaming (Really popular in the product) with some special way to handle routes depending on the chat's content (popular open source feature). From that app you built you can easily write 3 different blog posts and 3 different videos. One focused on steaming, one on routing and one on building a chatgpt clone. Fantastic idea from the one and only Tom Occhino Do you do something similar? what have you done?

    Emails can't be sloppy anymore - especially newsletters. Is your team running the ship tight enough? Above all, define the 1. Feeling you want to invoke, and 2. Action you want them to take. Then work on these: Subject line. ◆ Are you writing to persuade the reader to open the email? Is your writing different than the last ten emails already in their inbox? Preheader. ◆ Are you customizing this or letting it say "To view this email as a web page,?click here"? Are you using it like a second subject line? Are you considering what will show in a mobile notification? Body. ◆ Are you writing about you or writing about the reader? Be about them. Are you removing friction to act, invoking curiosity, or educating? Is your call to action clear? Footer. ◆ Have a one-click unsubscribe link; if you make it hard to find you will be marked as spam. Are you telling them what list they subscribed to? Do you have evergreen links like "Contact Sales" or "Careers"? Every week I help companies improve their marketing and operations as part of my work at HyperGrowth Partners, and email/copywriting/positioning tactics are a frequent topics we probably enjoy too much.
