If all your friends jumped off a bridge, would you do it, too? Clearly! ?? STORY TIME! ?? Sriharsha was nervous to jump off this cliff at our Lake Tahoe offsite. While the angle is unassuming, it was about 15-20ft up in the air ?? Mia and Jonathan had a few jumps under their belts already... So they got right up there beside him and took the plunge together! When you work at a startup, you're going to encounter moments of ?? fear ?? hesitation ?? regret ?? nervousness Lean on those around you to push you through. After this initial jump, Sriharsha jumped in three more times! Alone! With no fear! With no hesitation! The first leap is usually the scariest one, but they continue to get easier and easier after that. Even if the cliff gets higher, jumping won't seem so scary. There's definitely a metaphor for role playing here, but that's not the point... The team we've build here at Hyperbound is so good at building each other up and having each other's backs. Winning with them makes the victories so much sweeter! ?? ??

It would delusional to think that other leaders in the AI conversation space wouldn't be hopping on the sales role play train ?? AI has weaseled it's way into every other sales function. Reps use it to prospect, to get intent data, to provide post-call analysis, and to automate countless other workflows... Why wouldn't it be involved in the one function that's directly made to make your reps better at their job - not just another tool that will do the job for them? Training is the backbone of great sales teams, and the reps that practice, adapt, and learn continuously are the ones that win. And sales hasn't necessarily gotten easier with the introduction of AI. The challenges are getting more complex, and the stakes are getting higher. That being said, there's something so reassuring that other people are repping Hyperbound in the comments. (Okay. The first screenshot in the video is a comment from our co-founder, Sriharsha... but the other one is from someone who is not legally and morally obligated to be a fan of us) It makes us so proud to know we're making a difference in this space for you all ?? ?? It has us thinking about how far we've come at Hyperbound and why what we’re building really stands apart.
